Things are on the upswing again! Pour yourself a cup of coffee...

Today I endeavored to make something I never had. That is always exciting, but on top of that I decided to make my own recipe! (I'm cocky, right? I shouldn't have really been so trusting in my own meager skills.) I read through many different recipes. I figured: More eggs, less butter. No soupy additives i.e. fresh strawberries. And lower heat, long baking times.
I. am. so. happy.
I officially LOVE biscotti! I love working with the dough, and slicing it, and baking it twice, and obviusly eating it with my tea non stop!

So here they are! Cranberry Orange Biscotti Babies!
